1 - ORRV was falsely named in the lawsuit, having NOTHING to do with contract/ advertising agreement

2 - ORRV was NEVER mentioned in the advertising agreement and no one from ORRV signed the agreement

3 - A fraudulent judgement against ORRV was obtained using this false information

4 - The judge ordered the fraudulently obtained judgement be STRICKEN
