Well....gee....if scumbag darrell nether fully complied with the contract, then ALL he would have had to do is present the court and judge with a copy of the 60 second commercial along with the "radio station" logs showing that the commercial ran twice a day for a period of one year...

Then it would have been a slam dunk win for scumbag nether and he could gloat psychotically about winning every day for the last 5 years..

BUT....he couldn't do that because he DID NOT comply with the contract as he falsely stated on more than one occasion in his "lawsuit" and THERE IS NO PROOF ANY COMMERCIALS RAN FOR A YEAR as stated in the contract....

THATS why the judge laughed scumbag darrell nether's ass and lawsuit out of court....

So he will continue his demented personal vendetta against all thing Wilf.....waking up every morning thinking "What bad things can I say about Wilf today" .......and going to bed every night thinking "What bad things can I say about Wilf tomorrow"...

For that scumbag darrell nether deserves to be swatted down like the bug he is.
