A trip down LODE dilution lane.

Below summarizes two years worth of deals made with the big-boys and a two year chart showing what has happened with the LODE share price. I’m just starting to question, at this rate of dilution, how many more years can be expected before they move to implement a reverse split?

1) Sold 7,475,000 shares on 5/14/14 at $1.59/share.

The two year chart shows that all the dilution has put a cap on the LODE share price. In fact, as shown, the share price has continually eroded and is now hovering near a three year low. This means the available shares are EXCEEDING the demand, not the other way around as some would have you believe. No one is bidding up the shares, probably because most realize this company burns through massive amounts of cash and will no doubt be cutting another prospectus by early fall. Sorry, but no amount of lipstick is going to disguise this pig that has to visit the dilution trough on such a frequent basis.

I guess if I as a shareholder didn't want share price appreciation then this is a great place to park more money. Hey, maybe I'll plan on going to next month's 3 day party and at least get something out of this oinker.
