So VNDM sells as you say $.000197 which gives the appearance we traded around the BID at $.0001 for the Level II which I posted that is now suspect as they were not showing shares $.0002 they were showing $.0003 at the time of the screen shot, thus creating a misleading environment to those watching it. That said, market participants see it happening live which then begets the story line that the company is diluting which starts creating an environment to beget more selling.. Makes sense if wanting to take down a stock, it worked for that day. Looks like it worked fairly well.. Interesting.. Add 101 share bidwhacks, some text and take her down..

These are shares freed up a month ago. The AS and OS can remain at 10 billion but dumping will continue until the creditors have dumped all their "liberated" shares. I believe it is called dumping, but not dilution (there's a difference, right?).

A couple more days like today, and the AS and OS will need to be raised to make room for the next round, which Lumb announced yesterday is coming.

As for that cheating husband analogy - if a guy came home at 2 AM every night, covered in lipstick with a pair of panties hanging out of his back pocket, I guess he could just tell his wife to "prove it" when she accuses him of infidelity. Wouldn't fly, I assume. Same with the dump today - the simplest answer is the usually the correct

What evidence would it take? How about if they raise the AS to 20 billion - would that be sufficient evidence of a dilution scam? Or is that just more evidence of a poor struggling exploration company trying to raise cash to develop their promising mining properties?
