Every once in awhile, someone runs this thing up a bit. I'm guessing to get people to buy so they can dump? Until Someone buys this shell and turns it into a company, that's about all we can hope for. Once is a blue moon, they run it up close to a penny. I may dump next time if we ever get that again.
