Maybe like this:

A BUY order for 500 shrs was entered, however at the time of the
transaction, only 499 shrs were offered, as shown above, and that trade was completed.

Subsequently more shrs were available and from that offer, one
share was taken to complete the original 500 share buy..

This is just a guess, on my part, as to how that could have been done. IMO
