just watched tonight's show- my take....

..

its cool that it was their 500th episode. loved the funny clips in the beginning.

omg, caleb lost his voice somewhat and it was for real. they explained it, and he cracked on all his songs and was much more "reserved" so, that may hurt him getting into the finals, when alex took full advantage and did quite well tonight. jena,, well, i cant understand what words she is singing being that she has too much vibrato, but here we go...

round one- jackson picked their first round of songs...

caleb- cracked- imo, carma got him this week. if you recall, lacy chimed in here and posted this http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=101707032 where caleb called his fans names.. soooooooo, he got a beat down by carma.. just sayin'. and i love him the most,, but he was weak for him.

alex- check him out, playing a large drum and then running to the audience. he is officially out of his shell. he did really good.

jena- what did she sing? words? huh? and was a bit flat, but the judges never mentioned that. i didnt like it. but i do like her "entertainment" value for sure.

round 2- judges picks...

caleb- started off rough, and stayed rough, ouch. (per his vocal injury).

alex- he did very well.

jena- again, no idea what she was saying, didnt like it.

round 3- mayors (of their city) pick---

caleb- poor guy, cracked and the sound kept getting cut off, was someone cursing? maybe in the song? no idea. he lost his energy while his voice is hurt, so i feel for him. i didnt like that jaylo was working the crowd to cheer for him. you can NOT do that as a judge.

alex- just average on that one. im betting alex and caleb are top two next week. lets see.

jena- good job for her last song.
