LODE is being systematically destroyed from within as the mismanagement continues.

Rusirius, I'm now inclined to agree with your statement ...

If I was one to say "I told you so"..... My next prediction is that SP = $1.00 in less than 6 months - based on fundamentals NOT emotion.

This latest round of selling millions of shares results in significant dilution to the LODE shareholders. Yep, a 10% dilution in just one fell swoop. And to top it off the shares were given away at $1.59 (just 3 cents above the last line of support before the stock sinks into new 3 year lows). Way to go management, excellent timing and maneuver to stick the knife in and give it a quick twist. I wonder how much of the proceeds from this latest stock sale are going to be squandered in the upcoming 3 day dog and pony show at the end of June?

And, what's going on with the Hotel? Continued losses mounting, with $125,000 more lost just during the 1st qtr 2014. What a worthless money losing asset. Wonder if insiders get to use the amenities for free during family vacations?

I guess the one silver lining with this latest move, is that in future financial reporting, the loss per share will decrease because there are so many new shares out there. How's that for some positive thinking? LOL

This stock certainly isn't worth any additional investment imo.
