Scottrade's- Trading Desk. offered bid/ask!
bid.0002 ask.0005 (during todays trading)
W/no bid no ask showing on the quote pg,
the way to trade this is to get the broker to place and order through the Trading Desk, appears to be the solution to trading 'Xlpi' (commissions)?

I called a Scottrade broker, he said it's the only way it can be traded right now..
