GRNE files NT 10-Q. "Significant change" explanation missing.
Part III - Narrative
State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
The Company is unable to complete the preparation of the quarterly report for the period ended March 31, 2014 before the first submission deadline of May 15, 2014 as a result of the Company’s small accounting staff and the increasing work load of related companies’ operations that delayed the preparation and final reviews of the 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2013 and thus delayed the preparation of the first quarter report as well.
