In a section of his "lawsuit" laughingly titled "FACTS",
note how, in Sec 2.2 Scumbag Darrell Nether claims that the agreement/contract was with Deep Blue and/or ORRV. Of course, he KNEW that ORRV had nothing to do with the contract.
He just used this to later extract a bogus, some would say criminally obtained, summary judgement against ORRV - a company that had NOTHING to do with this matter.
