Turns out Scumbag Darrell Nether is FAR from the "Honest CEO" it has been claimed. As the informed investors have already figured out, Scumbag Darrell Nether will LIE anytime it benefits him.
Even worse, in his BOGUS lawsuit against Deep Blue, he knowingly LIED to a court of law, which I'm pretty sure is a crime in some states.
So, strap in, and let's take a look at this BOGUS lawsuit and the LIES contained as well as the judge's decision AND the ACTUAL contract.
Right off the bat, on the Cover Page no less, we have TWO LIES.
1 - As defendants, he calls Deep Blue "a foreign corporation", which Scumbag Darrell Nether knows is not true, having total knowledge of where Deep Blue was located and incorporated.
2 - He lists ORRV as a defendant in the suit...knowing full well ORRV had NOTHING to do with this supposed advertising contract.
