"Mine development"? There is no mine development. This company does not even qualify as an exploration company, because they perform no exploration.

Do you realize the average time to open a mine today from discovery to production is 18 YEARS? And EXLA discovered nothing. They used a worthless property that has zero chance of ever producing anything to pump and dump the stock. And that has not changed.
