***TRUTH REPORT*** Please read entire post HPEV Inc. (WARM) the 10-k – did anyone else read it in its entirety? How about the bashers? Well it says it all… and I mean apart from the stuff that is in every small company 10-k…. NEWS ALERT I have heard through the grapevine what is happening… FIRST all businesses takes time and most big things take a couple months longer than anyone expects especially finance guys. SEEMS that the TRUTH REALLY IS -> imo … spirit bear gets kicked off the board and sued because they tried to pull a power play and take a bigger piece of the company by trying to delay the company last year from hitting milestones by mid-December – yet the company went and did it. Had they not, spirit bear or bitch or baby, whatever could have bought a ton of stock at like $.05 per share…and taken more of the company so it’s rumored. WHY???? They did this seems they are greedy and saw from customers that the technology was so proven and validated and impactful on where they were third party tested. I guess now that the company is commercializing their products we will have to keep our eyes on the orders coming from the markets where they have developed these top notch customer relationships. Seems GREED and Ignorance corrupted the evil spirit just saying. The company sued them … from what I hear, spirit bitch bear whatever can sell about 500k shares “legally” every 90 days, as an affiliate, as reported in the registration filings. Maybe they have assigned shares to friendly affiliates to dump like (up to another 1m shares) to get around that rule just guessing again. Spirit bitch bear is selling and I hear they need to sell to pay legal bills… their last attorneys asked federal court if they could resign (due to non-payment of fees) again people like to talk this is not my words just the spirit of a bear that went bitch …. So there you have it… spirit baby bear bitch , I forget, and friends of the owner of spirit baby are selling and everyone is looking for a reason that anyone would sell based on what is happening at the company so they dig in the 10k and find stuff that is essentially in every small cap growth company to explain why someone might be selling and it’s a judgment call gone wrong by greedy executives that want to justify why they continue to be negative about their greatest failures …… being honest. IMO it’s that simple. I am not involved in any way with any these parties I just listen well and pay attention and most of all be truthful. When Spirituality comes first then the truth hurts those that lie and deceive the honorable hardworking people. When you read this if any of this matters to you than get honest with yourself right now. Great things lie ahead for the company if you read the material looks like a price drop today to a dollar and ten cents WOW awesome. The spirit of opportunity has opened a door for all of us to make money. God bless all of you and stop being so small in life whoever you are hiding behind your name change.
