Received a response from IR when I asked for a timetable on the name change and if they paid for the promotion 2 weeks ago.

Their response was very brief- "yes, a name change is coming. No, we will never pay for a promotion."

I'm glad they replied and especially since they replied relatively quickly. However, still no timetable on the name change. "It's coming" has been said for a year now.
