Its not that he is malicious I really think he is in over his head and asking unanswerable questions over and over again. I would say he is in the "denial" stage of the "stages of grief". I think most investors realize the company is done for a large return without a miracle and are simply going through the "stages of grief" (you know anger, denial, bargaining, acceptance). Could still be a miracle there is some leverage with the threat of additional litigation and PTSC should be able to hang on financially for a year or so without revenue. I assume some companies will settle in the near term which will cut expenses and may/may not add to the bottom line (most licenses have only cut the burn rate for PTSC in the end). I assume PTSC is worth more than 4c in the long term so new investors at this level might make money but it may/ may not be much more.
