Anyone that has dealt with governmental agencies knows that it takes time to workout the details in any contract negotiations. A contract that deals with building a citywide wireless network, having all aspects covered takes time and we all know attorneys like to stretch things out.

When an Agreement is finally signed, sealed and delivered, WiFi Wireless, Inc. (WFWL) will have succeeded in securing the rights to build an infrastructure that will be used for decades and generate millions of dollars in revenues.

FYI, every user of the network adds $200-$300 per share per user!
