This shell has been hijacked. There is a plan in place I am sure, but it will include an R/S as the new group has no plans to give any current shareholders any value.

However, I am sure they are scouring Title 7 trying to figure out how not to screw up. Too bad for them, they already screwed up. Just waiting for the mole to pop its head above the ground, then BAMN.

HS will have some 'splainin' to do. He can drive to Fort Worth and defend himself there.
