the Company sold 30% of 22 Social Club Productions, Inc for the return of 100,000,000 restricted common shares originally issued for the purchase on October 9, 2013.

From 10K 22 Social Club Productions, Inc. and Blue 22 Entertainment possess certain contracts for the production of live music concerts.
The business plan calls for immediate expansion production and development of entertainment content including
production of live events, production and development of independent films, reality television and management and talent booking services.
