SNWT needs an update on the JoyRide biz...

Per the 06-21-13 8-K filing from PUNK, the

marketing biz was turned over to SNWT for their

offroad/cycle related biz...

PUNK is pursuing a new biz direction...And PUNK

has not issued an 8-K amending the original

agreement for SNWT...

So, SNWT, looks kinda like a bookie or a broker...

They can have low overhead cost and move product

between seller and buyer and pick up the juice

on the deal...LJ
