I have confirmed what some had confirmed a little while back in that major deals are in the works of which only one of them will be selected to be placed into CATA... along with a new management TEAM. The DTC Chill will be removed along with the company's financials being updated too.

Confirming that the Outstanding Shares (OS) is still 541,898,860 shares was a significant confirmation to me because it allowed me to also confirm that there is absolutely no dilution that is going on and has not been for years. I was also able to confirm that the Float should be 200+ million shares, but I was not able to confirm an exact amount.

I believe the volume is picking up here in CATA because I am sure that I am not the only one confirming that news is close. I'm sure others are calling and emailing the CEO to perform their own DD too. I'm guessing sometime this week or next week for news and/or further updates such as the recently updated CATA Annual Filings for 2012, 2013, & 2014:
