Well boys and girls numbers don't lie, but a better way of saying it is numbers tell the truth. If MM wants to sell 25% off ewrcd for 10m that means MM feels he can sell a share at$303.00 here is the math
6,600,000,000 devided by RS or 50,000 = 132,000 shares x 25%= 33,000sh
10,000,000 devided by 33,000= $303.00 PR share. Or if you want wait till stocks start trading again at $5.00 PR share and buy 25% for $165,000... or wait and buy it at .20 and buy 25% for $6000.00
Here is the best deal yet give me 5 mil I'll get you 50% of ewrc, I'll kick you in the groin and call it even. At least one of us will make something on this instead of MM.
