The news yesterday was a requirement of the OTCMarkets. They require you to do a disclosure, or news release about the name change, so it was done only on the local wire. They also discourage any company with a newly changed name from putting out material news for 1-2 weeks, as you could be “chilled” by the DTCC, but we will try to put some news out before then. It just won’t be groundbreaking because we cannot appear to be “promoting” after a name change. Rules of the world we live in.
