How is this stock a dilutive POS? Have you seen what a dilutive stock on the OTC even looks like? Just pull up any of the triple .000 garbage tickers that appear on the iHub breakout boards every day. It takes over 1 billion total daily volume just to move some them 2 decimal places.

Now take a look at where their share structures are compared to ACGX. I’m not talking about years ago when you were in the old company ticker with billions in the O/S. I’m talking about ACGX today, not IVIT yesterday.

Only thing you can keep saying over and over again to substantiate such claims is that the O/S went up 67 times in two years over and over again like a broken record. Of course you are conveniently leaving out that fact that the float was under 100 million at the time and the stock had no liquidity, therefore very little volume. The stock barely traded 200k daily volume on average even under .05 cents. Floats that low will often have big 1-3 day high volume moves and then dry up with no consistency in the annual volume.

Cut to 2013 up until now and you have a much different story where is has traded well over 3 billion total volume under consistent liquidity. Now you tell me how many shares were added during that time, subtract the difference and then honestly ask yourself if ACGX is really, in fact, a dilutive POS:
