How long will the HTC appeal court case take? 1.5 years ?

After that we must do another northern California district court case to prove we deserve more then $1 million in damages for every $8 billion of products sales using our 336 and 890 infringed patents.

This district court case will take another 5 years plus another 1.5 years for one side or the other to do an appeal.

In the next two years, we will probably make patent court history when we file cases against 400 targets in an effort to preserve the claw back period, 6 years of patent damages.

Time is running out!!!

It is amazing that no one wants you to talk about this LITTLE problem.

The bottom line is that the hope of a "court trustee" rally is not a good time to pay more for stock. It maybe a good time to sell and wait for lower prices. We must wait until we actually see sizable MMP sales money before paying higher stock prices.
IMO...IMO... IMO
