OVER 8 BILLION SHARES OVER the AUTHORIZED NUMBER OF SHARES!

Even if you're exceptionally generous, and assume "Angel" gave all his 5.2 Billion converted Preferreds and Common to "Sal and Companies", The count would still be over 3 Billion over Shares Authorized (3,023,792,728 shares over).

This last "Annual Report" filing is so riddled with errors and contradictions, H&R Block would have done better.

And shareholders were led to believe it was sitting on a lawyer's desk, or accounting, or even waiting on the OTC to review.

Nonsense.

RIGH is not Halliburton or Exxon fer cryin' out loud.

The "Financials" for a company this small could be done on QuickBooks in an couple of hours!

ShareHolders have been Diluted and Deluded, plain and simple!
