It is ridiculous that we have to deal with this kind of nonsense regarding Mark Rice and Gerald Chesney on a semi-annual basis.
I will address the Mark Rice nonsense first.

Mark Rice was investigated in 2002 for whatever shenanigans he was up to. That was three years before JCDS became a publically traded company 2005, but somehow Cary Allen and the company should be held accountable?

I cant even find verification that it was the same Mark Rice that was briefly associated with the company in a buried “manta listing” as being president of JC Data seven years ago.

JC Data went public through a R/M with INTERNATURAL WATERS & BEVERAGES CORP. that was listed as being at 37 CRYSTAL AVENUE DERRY, NH 03038 with no connection to anyone being named Mark Rice.

The more recent Mark Rice shenanigans were against a company called Financial Robotics, Inc.

Again, there is no connection to this company or any officers, employees or associates being related to this incident after a thorough SEC investigation.

As far as Gerald Chesney goes, He was the owner of a company that unfortunately had the same name as this company, JC Data Solutions.

He was the owner of a company with the same name that was formed in 2008 (8 years after the formation of this company) that went under in 2012 that offered GPS mapping for land development services.

It is not possible for Cary Allen to have “Bought the JCDS shell from Chesney” as a few have claimed.

It is an unfortunate coincidence that few people would even attempt to argue when presented with facts and links.
