wow, no 8-K?? what would the penalty be for that?

much has been made of "do the debt holders own WGAS or does ADR??" and this is all pretty hilarious. if the debt holders repo'd the shell, then sold it to ADR, the transaction could be completed, with no accompanying 8-Ks.

volk is still CEO, for now, so no material change there.

the deal was made public via bloomberg, so in a sense the deal-makers complied. they can always go back later and file all the necessary 8-Ks, and be up-to-date.

so... in conclusion... all the "worry" about this doesn't add up to a hill o' beans. it's basically the same thing as roughing the passer and taking the penalty. WINNING IS WHAT MATTERS.

and what defines "winning"? i'm sure they've got GOOD reason to go dark, at the bottom of the chart. freak out retail, load up the big boys.
