- The recent updated share structure (January).
- Mr Atwell took over a management role of Sky440 to install new management teams.

Filings = Usual first steps before a MERGER or BIG ACQUISITION coming...

Lately EMJ* went to .0047 pretty easily...

SKYF has a much more appealing SS, though....
SKYF may very well be the next .0001 coming off Bottom from Mr. Atwell...
