Pffffttt....better take some time and go look it up. Acquisition as in ACQUIRE means you BOUGHT a Company. Buying a few shares is taking a STAKE in a Company. Splitting down the middle is a Joint Venture or JV.

BS...the INTENT of that FRAUD that runs this SHAM was to MISLEAD the gullible into thinking they FULLY BOUGHT Kolbe in that BS PR,when in fact I'd bet Kolbe hasn't received so much as a penny from these crooks.
