private financing can have many interpretations

someone with money can give 1 or 2 milions in return for 10% or 20% of the novofuel shares

or genport can pay more than afpw and genport own more than 50% novofuel

or novofuel can get some money in some kinda bank too and pay when receive some contract!

with afpw dump fong alredy receive about 1.5 milions


afpw 1.5 milions + genport 1.5 milions = 3 milions


afpw need more 750.000$ to pay his 50% bills novofuel


and afpw can receive some airforce contract too and receive some money too

also in another pr fong say novofuel will get the money without afpw (dont know if new investor will pay for some good %shares novofuel.. or if novofuel go to some bank..)

also fong have his fast funds company to get fast money ;)
