AVTC waiting another 2 1/2 months to file any financials

truly amazing

so far AVTC has failed to file with the SEC:

the 2012 10K
the 2013 first quarter 10Q
the 2013 second quarter 10Q
the 2013 third quarter 10Q
the 2013 10K

On April 15, 2014, the Company’s advisors informed management that, based on currently available information, the Company would be in a position to file all its delinquent Form 10-K and Form 10-Q reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission no later than June 30, 2014.
