I haven't watched the boards for a couple of days, but was disappointed to read in the last PR that Scott had sold the Shining Tree Property. The amount also is disturbing to me. If I had known he would sell the property that cheap (100K) I would have tried to buy it myself). I have always thought it was as good as the niobium property if developed, and more easily financed with a little more exploration work done. But, Scott has never really liked the property and it was never a real focus of his.
I noticed in the PR that the pending sale was subject to the CR shareholders agreement. Just who are the shareholders of CR? Since we never received any money for the Shining Tree property and they previous purchasers didn't fulfill the current contract, aren't we the Sarissa shareholders the shareholders of Shining Tree? TIA
