Wm....guessing Kurt doesn't classify "officially", Amarin's situation as being similar. My view is Amarin's situation started the shit show...The FDA would love to give exclusivity to the deserving frequent PDUFA payer BPs... It would just look too unfair. Kurt 's not going to comment anything on Amarin due to his involvement with the first OB meeting.
