Should have posted in big red letters PTAH corp in default.
Has lots of debts to service. Seems to have ran out of shares to issue to service debt, or expand operations.

I predict a new direction needed to keep the game going. An increase in authorized shares or R/M.

I put odds at 50/50 they will put game back in play at some point,
if they can find a new player to come in.

no new player equals game over. default in Nevada and hold corp as part of the "stable" to be incorporated in another state another day.. maybe when Lynn needs a new home or more college funds, lol.

Norton is just a Morgan stooge, IMO. lol

Spafford seems to be a player, Mckays play along. Transcold might play along, if they can actually get any substantive business going. Instead of contracting out to Spafford to contract out to Nortford to contract out to Eggspress business that Mckay Transcold acquired from Spafford to begin with. lol. all IMO

XRay out awaiting official news or any new developments.
