I have not been asked to exchange my email address and some tad bit of personal info in return for a little added functionality on the Gander.TV website. (and mobile app?). I would have done that the first time I logged on, which was before I ever purchased a single share of AXCG.

Seeing the explosion in viewers over the past few months, and now the jump in time on site, I believe that most Gander.TV users would sign up for such an app/added functionality.
