Sounds like one of the growing number of shareholders unhappy with management and the performance of SKTO.

SKTO couldn't deliver a unaudited annual report that was complete - and this was 90 + 15 days after the quarter ended.

And the funny thing is they are supposed to be delivering audited financials (since June 2013) but can't provide a complete unaudited annual report.
