They certainly cannot uplist to anywhere with a 7 cent stock price. They have everything going for them but the price. So they can wait until the price climbs above a dollar to uplist or they can force the price higher via a reverse split.

How long do you want to wait for the market to get the price above a dollar? Years? Centuries?
