I realize the decision is months away but the hearing will stimulate some reaction to the pps and I think it will be positives . Lets face it, VRNG has very little news to issue so the hearing will be positive in some minds and I expect the pps to move up but then back off as usual. No, it certainly is not a catalyst but the hearning in and of itself will influence the pps.
