ALL THAT MATTERS ON MDHI - THE REST IS JUST NOISE:

IMPORTANT ISSUES REAL MDHI INVESTORS NEED TO KNOW

MEDICAL ALARM CONCEPTS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION.

THE FINANCIALS WILL BE PRESENTED SOON. THE MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT BE SPENDING MONEY ON THE RESTATEMENTS IF THERE IS NO NEED TO FILE FUTURE PERIODS. SEVERAL FILED LAST WEEK.

HERE ARE SOME FACTS FOR YOU:

ONLY 5.5 MM SHARES OUTSTANDING. THIS IS SMALL NUMBER OF SHARES; THEREFORE, IT PROVIDES VERY LOW MARKET VALUE DESPITE ALL OF THE GOOD THINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING

The stock split is done. Stock has lost 50% of value since the split; yet the company is doing really well.

Management has successfully turned its operation around - read the latest SEC filings, as well as the latest press release. It covers it well.

Management was able to improve the balance sheet. In fact, most debt converted and the credit line GONE. It now has a zero balance.

Management got all warrants and options and most of the long term debt converted.

Management was able to get the product into Costco - 28 reviews with an average of 4.5 stars out of 5. You can see it in Costco’s website. Just Google "Costco Medipendant" and see for yourself.

Management was also able to get a Chinese company to invest in MDHI

Management also announced that MDHI reached operational cash flow. This is another fact. With a recurring rev model, it was apparent that this was going to happen. Customers pay for the service each month. Recurring revs are a great business model.

Management has hired auditors, lawyers and accountants so that they can provide a full report with the SEC. This, too, is clearly a fact. You can pull up the listings to verify.

The Management also signed a couple of deals in Europe for this patented product

Lastly, the CEO also got his credit line balance cancelled; thus reducing MDHI's debt by over $650K.
