Operator Trainee:
The operator trainee would be responsible for an area of a chemical processing area. This individual will take sample, analyze samples, unload and load trucks, package product and waste, monitor and adjust processing area conditions, and general cleanup.
Key Job Responsibilities (essential position functions):
1-3 yrs of experience in an industrial setting, some form of manufacturing or processing is preferred
Ability to perform heavy manual labor in an outdoor setting
Ability to complete a task with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and ability learn new duties
Ability to learn the flow of a chemical process and the cause/effect relationship of process changes
Ability to follow instruction (written and verbal)
Attention to safe work practices and knowing ones limitations
