Relax people, there will be 4,000,000,000 more shares available to buy IF the AUTHORITIES ever decide to let PRPM resume trading...
If 12,000,000,000 shares sell out, they can always reverse split and sell those same shares to investors again and again!
Savvy investors know not to try to catch the falling knife, wait til it lands and then pick it up, less blood that way.
