This remains small liquidation. Some investors have lost faith in management and have been bailing for about a year now. Since the SOE deal failed.

The project has improved based on the latest drilling results to show a larger resource.

This is a liquidation due to lack of faith in management as despite the growth in niobium and the larger resource management has done little to provide a catalyst to attract new investors.

They have no website, there is no PR effort to get the word out about their project, there is a tremendous lack of transparency by management. They continue to over promise and under deliver on PRs. Is the larger scale testing (Pilot Plant) moving along as it's scheduled for this Spring? No update on that.

Scott has been CEO almost 6 1/2 years and shareholders have little to show for it. The problem doesn't seem to be the project but the management?
