New "Control ShareHolder" Salvatore Tuzzolino was apparently once listed (back on 1/16/2014) on BG Medical Technologies' LINKEDIN page as CEO!

Can't confirm now because it's apparently been scrubbed, but the page still shows lots of Sal's "CLASS, INC" colleagues as employees of BG Medical Technologies:
