Gotcha, I think. You are of the opinion they are running the PIPE now. Which, in effect is increasing the outstanding shares by the 800 million. That is assuming they offer and sell the total amount of authorized shares increased.

I would think that if someone were to partake in a PIPE in front of an imminent reverse split, the offering would have to be at some severely discounted rate.

If that is the case, we will officially know about it after its too late.
