I would guess most considering themselves longs didn't invest 10's of thousands of dollars. Most have very little skin in the game with shares well under a penny. What's the use in filing a lawsuit? It would cost more than the investment...and so that's the way it goes in pennyland. Stick around maybe MDGC has another run left....who knows?
