You know a year ago SFRX put in a PR that they were pursuing a third permit off Melbourne Beach. It was the company that put that out there and I can tell you for a fact that at any time since if you call in and ask about it they will tell you they are still pursuing it. I don't think that is "falsely touting" it. There's a ton of excitement for this project which imo is what you read here on ihub. Just because it has taken so long does not mean it will not happen. The company believes it will happen and obviously continues after it. No touting...just a fact.
