It is active because I do use that business name for other things. Chad's court dealings are of none of my concern because I am not actively doing business with HTI. The website was paid for in 2011 by me and it costs almost nothing to keep it up, which I decided to do (for now) in hopes that the product gets some R & D and I can one day sell it again.

Those are all facts and anyone can spin it anyway they want. Also, it costs me less than $300 per year to keep the business in legal status.
