PRESS RELEASE

PMX Weekly Update #8

Top 3 FAQ for the week of April 14th 2014.

1. Now that the 10K is filed it must be nice to have a break. When is the SEC next filing due?

Yes, we took a week off from the filing rush, but next week the group begins again.

The 10Q is due the second week of May so no one has much time to rest.

2. How was your trip to Colorado?

Colorado is an amazing state of beauty with its Rocky Mountains. The cannabis industry is growing and is commercializing so quickly that until one sets foot in Denver you really have no idea what to expect.

Regulation is foremost on the minds of every dispensary and budtender. It is highly regulated and laws and instructions are posted everywhere. For me, the grow rooms were quite fascinating. Since most dispensaries are vertical operations, they take extra care of their plantings and cuttings and like a gardening nursery the teams are very focused and extremely diligent in their work so that all the plants are nourished and tended to often. The LXIV will have a fabulous home.

3. Were you surprised at the backlash of the recent Form 4 filings?

No, not really. People have the right to their opinions.

Most investors have this notion that everyone should hold their stock forever and never sell a share. For anyone who knows us, our philosophy is that everyone can sell whenever they wish. After all this is the stock market, and we are not of the belief that every investor has the ability to hang onto their shares all the time. People invest for varying reasons and their investment decisions are not up to us at PMX.

For me, it is peculiar that shareholders think that they should dictate who in the company, be they officers, directors or affiliates should buy or sell shares. It is a personal decision and we have no say over what any individual does nor do we influence anyone's decisions.

We welcome all opinions and we read everything and appreciate your input!
To sports fans watching basketball and hockey playoffs we wish your teams good luck!

Congratulations to the Habs!
