The more space they rent the cheaper per square foot, thus the bigger they get the cheaper it will be (as a fraction of revenue) for even storage space. Yes theyll need to higher more sales staff, but thatll mean they have even more clients and likely a busier list to pay for those new hires. Well start off absurdly efficient and only improve. We wont need to market a ton either as word will spread quickly. And updating the app will cost a speck of revenues.

A perfect storm of goodies IMO.
